By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service communications. Marketing emails are opt-in only - we will not send you promotional content unless you explicitly consent by checking the opt-in box during registration or enabling marketing preferences in your account settings. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link in emails or your account settings.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website.
